Thanks a lot to Fernando from Duckynanda for sending me this picture of a magazine cover from Argentina Where We can see and ilustration supposily done by Daniela Grana! ...

I have spoken with both parties to resolve the issue. I contacted the people responsible for both of the magazine, as Daniela Grana, I put the talks to each judge. I do not know who is to blame, but the last charge, no matter who likes it, is the magazine. Anyway, here goes:

Dear Monica, I am sorry this episode but I tell you that cover several years has made us Daniela Grana a girl who worked with that issue and said the drawing was hers, so both had no idea of \u200b\u200bwhat you say. Speak if I was with Daniel to give us both the necessary explanations and that I have no desire to receive such mails, my journal is a microenterprise that tried to spread art and design with good intentions and not has served ever done today to make a profit of not printing more because of lack of budget.

I hope you accept this apology which surprised me as to you
Kind regards Paula Asiain

This is my mail to Daniela, she thought it was offensive:

Hi Daniela.
I am Monica Calvo, an illustrator from Madrid. Recently, a person who knew my work contacted me to tell me about a cover with a picture of mine on the cover of a magazine in Argentina. To my surprise when he sent me the photo to see that someone had used my picture in a totally illegal, without even asking me, and worse yet, saying it was theirs. I contacted the magazine and gave me your name. It seems incredible that devoting yourself, or trying to devote to the design you have so little appreciation for the work of others. I just hope that in future, this does not happen to you because it is very unpleasant to steal your work.

Monica Calvo.

And here the answer:

Hi Monica, a pleasure to meet you, even if your mail is a bit offensive, I understand your anger, and I tell you, that despite having worked in that magazine, I was not you put that picture on top, and awarded me the bill. If someone should take care of it, is the magazine. At that time ran out as a designer and I knew I could use some work pro bono illustrator, even formated the magazine, but my name listed there. In fact, when no longer needed, even warned me ...

I am at your disposal

Greetings Daniela Grana
